Shipping, Conditions and Returns

Before getting down to business, please know that I want you to be happy about your purchase.

Shipping Destinations

I only ship to:

If you live somewhere else, it’s best if you get in touch with me before ordering any print.

If you specify a destination address that is outside of these Countries, I will do my best to fulfill the order. If that is not possible, I will cancel the order and you will get a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery Time

I print all my photos on demand and I ship with major tracked courier services. You will receive the tracking code via email as soon as the item is shipped.

I aim to ship orders in about 7 days unless I’m travelling – in that case, I’ll notify you via email that fulfillment will require a little more time. Upon shipping, delivery will take 2-4 days to Europe and 3-7 days to USA and Canada.

Conditions and Returns

All orders are subjects to these conditions.

  1. Orders can be cancelled unless they have already been shipped. You will get a full refund.
  2. If the item has already been shipped, you can return the item for a partial refund. In this case the refund will not include shipping costs, which vary with each order.
  3. You (the buyer) are responsible for paying any import fees or taxes and custom duties in your Country.
  4. If an item is damaged during shipping, contact me and we’ll sort it out. I usually send out free replacements, unless you bought an item in a Limited Edition that has sold out: in that case you’ll get a full refund.
